Community Gardener program
Our volunteer garden program provides flowers in summer and greens in winter for 52 urns at business storefronts. Volunteer gardeners plant and maintain the urns, 3 downtown parks and 7 street garden bump-outs. The Beautification Committee is a mayor-appointed committee chaired by Your HomeTown Chagrin Falls board member Beth Skeel along with community members Janine Bauman and Anne deConingh. The committee works under the guidance of the Parks Commission of the Village of Chagrin Falls. We currently have 21 volunteer gardeners that maintain assigned garden plots and urns throughout the growing season.
